Fibre Value Chain Conference

Client: Appita

Introduction
The Fibre Value Chain Conference, FVCCON, has always drawn a crowd. This annual conference is Appita's most important event in the calendar.

This annual conference is where the biggest names and professionals in the industry gather together to share insights, innovations and ideas that will benefit the world at scale.

Challenge

To create a set of collateral to be used to market the conference in the lead up to the event and create a set of material to be used on the day of the event during the conference itself. The collateral needed to feel united, professional and inline with the Appita Brand.

Solution

Our priority for this project was to gain people's awareness, present in a professional manner, and create a conference branding that made the event instantly recognisable. We wanted people to talk about this event, feel excited and sign up!

We designed organic marketing campaigns online, as well as print campaigns featured in industry magazines. We created animated videos and social media posts to be used across multiple platforms. We were also responsible for managing Appita’s social media platforms and responded to any event enquiries over the course of the campaigns to ensure maximum engagement throughout the campaign.

The conference itself required a variety of wayfinding material, booklets, and conference merchandise. All of these materials needed to be of matching aesthetic in order to present a professional and credible event.
